Boosterthon Program Assistant

Program Assistants (PAs) - You are the face of the Boosterthon program on school campuses! You directly impact students and help raise much needed funds for education. You continually display professionalism, intentionality, and positive energy to serve schools with remarkable client care.

PROGRAM ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Program Support - You serve a vital role in the success of the Boosterthon Fun Run by assisting Program Leaders with day-to-day program operations. This includes everything from keynote design, to faculty communication, to logistics support.
•Event Management - You help the Program Leader create a remarkable experience on a school campuses. You assist with event logistics, set-up and break-down, and management of Fun Runs and Glow Runs.

Duties of an online marketing agent include:

Collate and report back monthly on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity.

Kindergarten - 5th grade - Associate Teacher Position in Boston

ASSOCIATE TEACHER
Associate Teachers are placed on grade-level (K-5) teams in Match Public Charter Schools for an intensive year-long apprenticeship. Throughout the year, our associate teachers are coached and mentored by school leaders at Match and slowly assume more classroom responsibilities. All of our associate teachers are also enrolled in the Sposato Graduate School of Education. SGSE offers highly practical, hands-on training in effectively designing and implementing rigorous instruction, and in building classroom cultures consistent with achievement, purposefulness, and joy. Through courses, coaching, and classroom experience, associate teachers improve their teaching and planning expertise with the goal of becoming lead teachers in Match and other schools with similar missions the following year.
