Customer Service Representative- Kennesaw, GA
IP Communications, a telecommunications service provider using VoIP, is seeking a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will provide phone sales support to our customers. You will also be responsible for identifying /qualifying potential customers, classify potential customers (prospect or target), and convert target customers to new business. You will receive training in our technologies and extensive support from our staff.
The ideal candidate is one that has excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, a strong competitive attitude, self motivation, and exceptional work ethic. Some outside sales experience is desired, but not required.
